What is Restorative Yoga?

Restorative yoga is a calming, gentle and therapeutic style of yoga aimed at deeply relaxing both the body and mind. It focuses on slowing down, long-held poses (typically 5–20 minutes), and the use of supportive props such as blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps.

Restorative Yoga Classes

My classes are designed to support all levels and all body types. We use supportive tools which helps create a comfortable, safe and stable environment, allowing you to drop deep into your practise, ease tension, lower stress levels, and experience a profound sense of physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Restorative yoga is about nervous system recalibration which loves repetition, so you don't have to do an hour long class, just 5minutes of a pose 2-3 times throughout the day can have huge benefits.
