Hello.
"I support people on their journey of inner transformation by bringing together the depth of modern therapy and the wisdom of yoga. As a therapist and guide, I hold space with presence and care for you to be seen, heard and gently witnessed. I'm here to walk alongside you as your healing unfolds from within you."
I'm Danielle, the founder of Divya Prema, a lifelong dream that has now blossomed into being.

I’ve always believed in the profound connection between the mind, body, and soul. Through a unique blend of Kundalini Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Art Psychotherapy, I offer a welcoming, grounded space where you can form a deeper connection with yourself and bring more balance into your life.

My approach to healing draws on over 15 years of experience as an Art Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, Energy Healer, and Yoga Teacher. Over the years, I’ve come to understand that talk therapy alone is not always enough. True healing needs to include the physical, emotional, and spiritual layers of our life experiences because we carry them all.

I help people reconnect to themselves, body, mind, and soul, through a blend of therapy, movement, breath, creativity, and deep listening. This work is about creating space for the parts of you that feel lost, tired, tender and are ready to return with deeper compassion for the experiences that have shaped you.

I blend:
-
Art Psychotherapy – to explore emotions and experiences through creativity and image (no art skills needed)
-
Restorative and Kundalini Yoga – to regulate the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and gently awaken inner energy
-
Breathwork, mantra, and movement – to help shift what words alone can’t reach
-
Spiritual and soul-based support – for those who feel a deeper layer stirring and want to walk with it

I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body, your voice, your joy. I’ve moved through burnout, grief, loneliness and a loss of sense of belonging.
What I’ve learned is this:
Healing doesn’t always happen in words. Sometimes it’s found in a breath. A gesture. A moment of being truly met. The spaces I offer are rooted in presence, softness, and truth, whether we meet in a one-to-one session, a yoga practice, or a group workshop.

This is where your body gets a chance to rest. Where you create space to hear the whispers of your soul. Where you begin to come home to yourself gently, and in your own way.

In Art psychotherapy, I work collaboratively with each client to explore their artwork and the symbols, patterns, and themes that emerge. Art often acts as a mirror reflecting aspects of the self that words alone can’t always access. Through gentle, guided reflection, clients gain insight into their emotional landscape and a deeper understanding of themselves.

The seed for Divya Prema was planted in my own healing journey. I knew the power of combining these tools not just in theory, but in lived experience. I kept thinking: Why am I not bringing all of this together for the people I support, when I know how well it works?

And from that knowing, Divya Prema was born. It’s an extension of my life’s work so far.
