Through monthly online yoga classes, this space supports you to slow down, connect deeper with your body and build a more sustainable relationship with rest and regulation.

Alongside the membership, I am Danielle Devin, an Art Psychotherapist offering 1:1 online Art Psychotherapy sessions across Scotland, the UK and Europe for those seeking deeper therapeutic support.​​

About Me

Hey I'm Danielle Devin, the founder of Divya Prema

I believe in the deep connection between mind, body, and soul, and how healing happens when we learn to come back into relationship with all three.

I offer online Kundalini Yoga and Restorative Yoga classes, alongside Art Psychotherapy and trauma-informed wellbeing support for adults across Scotland and the UK.

My work through Divya Prema brings together yoga, creativity, and therapeutic support to create a warm, grounded space where rest and regulation can unfold naturally.

I understand how difficult it can be to make space for rest in a busy life, and how even when we do pause, it can feel unfamiliar. The practices I offer are designed to help you build trust in rest, regulate your nervous system, and begin to experience the benefits of slowing down. Over time, this work supports you to meet yourself with more patience, care, and presence.

My approach is trauma-informed and embodied, drawing on many years of experience as an Art Psychotherapist, Yoga Teacher, Clinical Supervisor, and energy-based practitioner. 

I offer a space to restore connection: body to soul, human to nature, self to community. I offer a holistic, embodied approach to healing. ​​This is a space where yoga and therapy meet supporting healing, connection, and self-understanding.

You don’t need to be bendy or fit to do yoga. It’s a practice that meets you where you are, at any age, with any body.

In Person Yoga Classes

Join me for yoga classes in Largs, Scotland, and surrounding areas. My classes are welcoming to all, though Kundalini classes are best suited to those with some basic yoga experience. Whether you’re looking to unwind, reconnect with your body, or deepen your practice, my classes offer a calm, supportive space for every student.

Explore the healing journey of self-expression through art with my personalised online Art Psychotherapy sessions. I integrate creative expression with psychological techniques to support your emotional well-being and self-discovery. Through online Art Therapy sessions, I create a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, using art as a powerful medium for healing and growth. I also incorporate yoga techniques such as body movement, breathing techniques and meditation. Each session is tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
