How does Kundalini Yoga Help?

Kundalini Yoga combines breath, movement and mantra to rebalance your energy and clear emotional blocks.
It helps calm the mind, increase vitality and support emotional resilience, guiding you back to a steady, grounded deeper sense of self.

How does Restorative Yoga Help?

Restorative Yoga uses long, supported poses to soothe the nervous system, ease tension and create a deep sense of calm.
It’s especially supportive for stress, overwhelm and emotional fatigue, offering your body the chance to slow down and reset.

About Me

Hey I'm Danielle,

I believe in the deep, innate connection between the mind, body, and soul. I bring together the wisdom of Kundalini and Restorative Yoga and the depth of Art Psychotherapy to create a warm, grounded space where rest can naturally unfold.

I know how hard it can be to make time for rest and then when you do it can feel so hard to actually rest in that time you've carved out.

The practises I offer help you to slowly build the muscle and willpower that will allow you to not only start to trust in resting but really feel the benefits of it too. And to learn to meet yourself with patience and care.My work offers a space to restore connection: body to soul, human to nature, self to community.

With many years of experience as an Art Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, Energy Healer, and Yoga Teacher, I offer a holistic, embodied approach to healing. This is a space where yoga and therapy meet.

You don’t need to be bendy or fit to do yoga. It’s a practice that meets you where you are, at any age, with any body.

In Person Yoga Classes

Join me for Kundalini or Restorative yoga classes in Largs, Scotland, and surrounding areas. My classes are welcoming to all, though Kundalini classes are best suited to those with some basic yoga experience. Whether you’re looking to unwind, reconnect with your body, or deepen your practice, my classes offer a calm, supportive space for every student.

"Danielle is a fantastic Art Therapist. Finding an excellent Art Therapist can be complicated so I was thrilled to find Danielle. Danielle is the rare combination of someone who has excellent education, training and experience and yet holds that with a warm and approachable presence. I felt my work with her to be transformative. She was able to contain a large amount of threads at depth and help me to make connections and shifts that I hadn’t in other Psychotherapy. Having been a Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor for nearly 30 years, I feel highly confident in recommending her."

"Engaging in art psychotherapy with Danielle was a lifeline for me during one of the most emotionally complex periods of my life. The grief I was experiencing wasn’t due to a death, and because of that, it was often misunderstood dismissed or minimized by others who couldn’t see the depth of what I was carrying. Danielle offered a safe space to express what I couldn’t find words for. It allowed me to bypass the need to intellectualise my pain and instead feel it, see it, and ultimately, begin to heal it. Through creative expression, I was able to reconnect with parts of myself that had been fragmented by the weight of this experience. Art psychotherapy helped me navigate a kind of loss that didn’t have a clear societal script and in doing so, it gave me back a sense of wholeness. I’ll always be grateful for that."
