Helping women feel

at home in themselves

through life's transitions

Art psychotherapy & Yoga for burnout
anxiety, grief and identity shifts

Welcome To Divya Prema

A Place For Woman To Feel At Home In Themselves

Divya Prema is a therapeutic space supporting women through burnout, anxiety and life transitions. Through art psychotherapy, online yoga and events, it offers a way to understand yourself more deeply and build a steadier, more compassionate relationship with your body, mind and emotional experience while navigating change.

Do any of these feel familiar right now?

The life that used to fit me doesn’t anymore
My body feels unfamiliar to me
I feel anxious and don’t fully understand why
I’ve tried talking therapy before, but I still feel disconnected

I’m exhausted from holding everything together

I don’t quite know who I am anymore

If these experiences feel familiar, you're not alone. Many of the women I work with come to Divya Prema at a point where life no longer feels as it once did. Through the combined support of psychotherapy, yoga and creative practice, you'll be supported to understand yourself with greater compassion, find steadiness during change, and feel more at home in yourself.

The Transition Pathway

The Transition Pathway is an integrated programme of support designed for women navigating life's significant transitions. Combining six personalised Art Psychotherapy sessions with three months of online yoga membership, it offers the time, continuity and care needed to understand yourself more deeply while building practices that support you between sessions.

Whether you're experiencing burnout, grief, changes in your body, shifting relationships or a growing sense that the life you've known no longer quite fits, this pathway offers a compassionate space to pause, reflect and move through change with greater clarity and steadiness.

How does Kundalini Yoga Help?

Kundalini Yoga combines breath, movement and mantra to support nervous system regulation & emotional balance. It helps calm the mind, build resilience and increase capacity to meet life’s emotional and physical demands, supporting a steadier, more grounded relationship with yourself.

How does Restorative Yoga Help?

Restorative Yoga uses long, supported postures to calm the nervous system, release physical tension and support deep rest.

It is especially supportive during times of stress, anxiety, burnout and emotional exhaustion, giving the body space to slow down, settle and restore balance.

About Me

Hey I'm Danielle Devin, the founder of Divya Prema

I am an Art Psychotherapist and Yoga Teacher offering psychotherapy, yoga and creative therapeutic support for adults across Scotland, UK & Europe.

My work integrates psychotherapy, yoga and nervous system–informed practice to support women through burnout, grief, anxiety, body changes and identity shifts.

I believe that healing is not about becoming someone else, but about learning to understand yourself with greater compassion as life changes. When we begin to understand our emotional and bodily experience more deeply, we can start to feel more steady, resourced and at home within ourselves.

My work brings together psychotherapy, creative expression and embodied practices such as Kundalini and Restorative Yoga. This supports nervous system regulation, emotional processing and a more compassionate relationship with yourself over time.

My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in many years of experience as an Art Psychotherapist, Yoga Teacher and Clinical Supervisor.

Art Psychotherapy offers a therapeutic space to explore your emotional world through both talking and creative expression.

Using art-making alongside psychological and relational therapy, we work with thoughts, feelings and experiences that may be difficult to put into words.

Where helpful, I also integrate body-based practices such as breathwork, gentle movement and grounding techniques to support nervous system regulation and emotional processing.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs and supports greater self-understanding, emotional clarity and psychological integration.

"Danielle is a fantastic Art Therapist. Finding an excellent Art Therapist can be complicated so I was thrilled to find Danielle. Danielle is the rare combination of someone who has excellent education, training and experience and yet holds that with a warm and approachable presence. I felt my work with her to be transformative. She was able to contain a large amount of threads at depth and help me to make connections and shifts that I hadn’t in other Psychotherapy. Having been a Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor for nearly 30 years, I feel highly confident in recommending her."

"Engaging in art psychotherapy with Danielle was a lifeline for me during one of the most emotionally complex periods of my life. The grief I was experiencing wasn’t due to a death, and because of that, it was often misunderstood dismissed or minimized by others who couldn’t see the depth of what I was carrying. Danielle offered a safe space to express what I couldn’t find words for. It allowed me to bypass the need to intellectualise my pain and instead feel it, see it, and ultimately, begin to heal it. Through creative expression, I was able to reconnect with parts of myself that had been fragmented by the weight of this experience. Art psychotherapy helped me navigate a kind of loss that didn’t have a clear societal script and in doing so, it gave me back a sense of wholeness. I’ll always be grateful for that."
