About Me
Hey I'm Danielle,
I believe in the deep, innate connection between the mind, body, and soul. I bring together the wisdom of Kundalini and Restorative Yoga and the depth of Art Psychotherapy to create a warm, grounded space where rest can unfold naturally.

I know how hard it can be to make time for rest and then when you do it can feel so hard to actually rest in that time you've carved out.
​
The practises I offer help you to slowly build the muscle and willpower that will allow you to not only start to trust in resting but really feel the benefits of it too. And to learn to meet yourself with patience and care.

With many years of experience as an Art Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, Energy Healer, and Yoga Teacher, I offer a holistic, embodied approach to healing. This is a space where yoga and therapy meet.​​
