Evening Stillness For Deep Rest

Join me in the candlelit yurt, gathered around the fire, for an evening of deep rest. Through restorative yoga, meditation and gentle reflection, we’ll soften into the body and root ourselves in the stillness of these darker days. Together we’ll tend the embers of the heart, keeping the inner light alive as the world grows darker.

We’ll close our evening together with tea, cake, and connective conversations, nourishing both body and spirit.
