In a world that often asks us to do more, move faster and carry more than we were ever meant to, The Joy of Connection is an invitation to return to what truly nourishes us.

This is a day of slowing down, simplifying, and remembering that joy is often found in life's simplest moments. Together we'll create space to connect with ourselves, with one another, and with a sense of belonging that can emerge when we feel seen, supported and accepted.

Whether you arrive feeling busy, overwhelmed, disconnected or simply in need of some time for yourself, we hope you'll leave feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded and connected.
