Why I created a slower, simpler online yoga membership

In a world where there is more content than ever, more classes, more platforms, more choice, I find myself feeling increasingly overwhelmed. And I realised I wasn’t alone.

Many of the people I work with were feeling the same, too much to keep up with, too many options, and pressure to be doing more even in spaces that are meant to support rest and wellbeing.

That’s why I created a slower, simpler online yoga membership, one that offers space, not noise.

A different approach to online yoga

I wanted to create something that felt nourishing, spacious, and sustainable.

My online yoga membership in the UK is intentionally simple:

  • 2 classes per month

  • 1 creative therapeutic practice

  • Encouragement to move at your own pace

  • Space to re-experience classes and deepen your practice

There’s no pressure to complete everything. No expectation to stay consistent in a rigid way. No overwhelm of endless content.

Alongside the practices, there is also the opportunity to be part of a community space.

A place where you can:

  • Join live sessions when available

  • Share reflections if you want to

  • Feel part of a community

Because sometimes what we’re really longing for isn’t more content, but a sense of being alongside others.

Instead, the focus is on:

  • Depth over quantity

  • Listening to your body

  • Building a steady, supportive rhythm

Why slower yoga can be more effective

Slowing down isn’t about doing less for the sake of it, it’s about doing what actually supports your system. Practices like online Restorative yoga and online Kundalini yoga work most effectively when there is space to:

  • Integrate the experience

  • Let the nervous system expand

  • Return to practices more than once

  • Notice subtle shifts over time

When there is too much content, we often move on before the body has had a chance to absorb the benefits. A slower membership allows the practice to really land and integrate.

What I include in the membership

This is an online yoga membership UK-based, but accessible wherever you are in the world.

Each month includes:

  • Kundalini Yoga practice for energy, awareness, and nervous system support

  • Restorative yoga class for deep rest and regulation

  • Short, accessible live practices (with replays) for days when energy is low

  • Creative and reflective exercise inspired by therapeutic work

  • Access to a community space, where you can connect with others on a similar path

The practices are designed to support:

  • Stress and anxiety

  • Feelings of disconnection or loneliness

  • Emotional overwhelm

  • Fatigue and burnout

  • Life transitions and changes

Everything is created with a trauma-aware, body-led approach, where you are encouraged to go at your own pace.

Who is this online yoga membership for?

This space may resonate if you:

  • Feel overwhelmed by fast-paced or content-heavy platforms

  • Are looking for online restorative yoga that genuinely supports rest

  • Want to explore online Kundalini yoga in a grounded, accessible way

  • Need a practice that fits into real life, not an ideal routine

  • Are craving simplicity, quiet, and a sense of space

  • Are craving both gentle practice and a sense of connection

  • Sometimes feel lonely and want a soft, supportive space to be part of

It’s not about doing more yoga. It’s about finding a way of practising that actually supports you.
